How To Execute A Dream
Today I sat in the comfort of my mind and I started to ponder about the great achievements of various people that I have come across. Some of these people include friends, family and colleagues and one thing they seem to have in common is that they were not alone in the execution of their dreams.
Their dreams were all executed with the knowledge of the power of ONE ideology. God created the universe. Jesus witnessed the creation of the universe and the Holy Spirit brought it all to pass. They had one purpose in mind.
It is in this strength of One-ness that we will find true power to execute and accomplish all that he has called us to do.
What Team Work Does
I work with people in teams. There are those who light up the paths for others. They say, ‘let there be light.’
There will also be those who will be faithful witnesses and of course, supporters who will watch, direct and positively critique etc.
And there will be those who will stand to knit everything together, helping to turn the spoken words, dreams and visions into reality.
How Does Team Work Feel When It is Done Right?
The beautiful thing is that at the end of it all the three groups of people stand back and celebrate it together because it would never have happened without the three working together. Not one of the team members is better than the other.
This is what we called team work. The success in working as a team is that everyone knows their value. The team spirit comes alive because the individuals know where they belong and what they are to do.
When you work as one, there are no more separate purposes but one purpose and one purpose leads to a consistent drive full of energy, peace and cohesiveness that translates into a universal effectiveness with a lovely impactful outcome.
